PQ-11 is a high molecular weight product (average molecular weight around 1,000,000), supplied as a highly viscous, aqueous solution (20% solids).   PQ-11 forms clear, non-tacky, continuous films. PQ-11 cationic nature gives substantivity to hair, providing conditioning and bodying effects, with minimum build-up. PQ-11 improves wet and dry compatibility, gloss, smoothness and manageability of hair.
